Adobo is a Spanish styl of cooking and it is the most common viand in the Philippines. Thanks to the Spanish influence back in the world war era. It’s not really a surprised that it’s every one’s favorite.and also, people find more ways to cook it in different ways and adding more stuff to it.The good thing about this recipe, it’s not only limited to pork and chicken, you can basically cook everything, Adobo style. Like whatever your heart’s desire. With it’s six simple ingridients (oil, onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and your choice of meat),you can maximized it anyway you want.
That being said, what I have here is a Stringbeans Adobo with a pork.

It is really easy. Just sautee the onion & garlic, then add the pork and cook for 5 minutes or until you think it’s done, then add the stringbeans, cook for another 3 minutes, then add the soy sauce and vinegar and let it boil and add pepper. If you end up having it too salty, like I always do, you can add a pinch of sugar to reduced the saltiness and at the same time add a bit of sweetness to it. Enjoy!Smile
Now that it’s done,I’m off to shop for a new krk speakers

Thanks!
