Another easy peasy recipe that I love to cook is thisSautéed Bean Sprouts. I specially like it if the bean sprout is a bit crunchy ,that’s why I always put it last after I cooked the rest of the ingridients.
Water
Oil
Onion Garlic
Shrimp (Deveined and Peeled)
Carrots (cut in Julienne style)
Greenbeans (cut in Julienne style)
Bean Sprout
How To cook:
Heat the oil in a pan.Sauté the onion and garlic and then add the Shrimp.Cook it for 5 minutes or until it looks done to you. Then add the Carrots and Greenbeans.Add a 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes. Add the bean sprout and cook for another 3 minutes and then take it off the stove to stop the cooking process.Served with your favorite fried fish and plain steamed rice.
Note: This is also a recipe for the Bean Sprout Eggroll. After cooking it, wrap it in a Lumpia Wrapper and then fried it and served with your favorite vinegar dip.
